This peculiar collage color abstract figurative painting titled "Correcting the future" is a contemporary painting aimed at preserving African stories and cultures of the present for the future using recent newspapers to create a collage. This piece highlights the reasonable action of the Nigerian Security and civil defense corps on sensitizing students against cultism, bullying, rape, sexual molestation, drug addictions and other forms of social vices.
The importance of this sensitization will have it's effect in the future. It's aim is to shape their minds and guide them towards the right part.
The painting highlights the portrait of it's commandant in approval of this applaudable action on 14th December 2022.
